Brochure & materials designed for a Nouvelle Vague film screening event at the British Film Institute. Following FrenchNew Wave’s resistance to the glossiness and formulaic expressions of traditional Hollywood cinema, the use of brown, textured paper and a complex, non-linear fold addresses this critique.

Bohemian, bizarre and experimental, ZiiiG magazine captures the essence of travel and the ‘zig-zagging’ involved. The front cover depicts an eccentric montage of Germany’s capital, Berlin. The inside article, based on North Korea’s capital, Pyongyang, tightly frames and obscures elements to emulate the sense of a private, confined city.
